Today, I’m celebrating 50 years of life on this beautiful planet—and I want to share some of the gifts that have provided me with clarity, focus, and freedom through the years with YOU. Over the last five decades, I’ve learned that transformation doesn’t happen by accident. It happens with intention. Whether I’m guiding a client through our “One-to-One Breakthrough sessions, leading a corporate team through mindset work, or shifting the energy of a home using ancient Feng Shui principles, the truth remains the same: the best life coaching tools don’t just change your thoughts—they transform your entire energy field which in turn helps you transform your life!

Whether it’s clearing physical clutter, emotional blockages or mental noise, the goal is the same—to open up your energy centers so you can receive what you’re really here for: peace, purpose, and powerful transformation.
So today, in honor of my big 5-0, I’m gifting you my Top 50 Ways to Declutter Your Mind, Heart, and Environment. These are drawn from years of experience as a life coach, energy healer, and sacred space curator for home and business. Let’s dive in.
???? DECLUTTER YOUR MIND: You are in all ways “Just One Thought Away” from…. (I’ll let you fill that part in)
- Start the day with Gangsta Secret #3- Living in the NOW. 5 minutes of meditation.
- Journal your thoughts—get them out of your head.
- Shift what is not working- Replace overthinking with intentional action.
- Set time boundaries around digital noise (social media detoxes!).
- Unfollow or mute accounts that trigger comparison.
- Practice a daily brain dump before bed.

- Choose one mantra a day. Repeat it every hour. Set your phone to remind you.
- Schedule “me time”—yes, actually block it off on your calendar.

- Identify one recurring resentment and ask yourself “How can I let this go?”
- Choose love/faith and freedom over fear in your daily decisions.
- Cry when you need to. Emotions are energy—let them flow.
- You are who you hang out with. Spend time with people who feel like peace.

- Clear your front entrance—your life starts there.

- Open your windows—let your space breathe.
- Donate anything that doesn’t align with who you’re becoming.

- Place a plant or fresh flowers in the room you work most in.
